No corporation should be allowed to gouge. You're a waste of time. In order to explain why you think Exxon is "gouging" you need to be able to specify what level of profit is acceptable (and thus not "gouging"). You can't seem to do that. You can't explain this basic process of how you come to your conclusions. I'm not interested in your personal rants against Bush and his administration, and I told you to post them to Ted because the two of you will probably have a wonderful rantfest together.
