"And, if people don't like the way they interpret the bedrock of all our laws... they are free to ALTER the Constitution, through their political representatives or even WITHOUT their elected representatives, at will.

It seems curious that those who want to "stack" the courts with people who will "misinterpret" the constitution to pursue a political agenda take that route at all.

For instance if American people as a majority really thought the separation of church and state was a bunch of crap then pass a Constitutional amendment. Otherwise it’s long settled law – get over it.
