Regardless of who is indicted,I don't believe any of them will spend time in jail.
But, they will be rendered ineffective for the next 3 years and this will give the Democrats a great boost in 2006 and 2008.
Bush will stagger through the next 3 years.(Wobble if the rumors of his drinking are true.)

Can you imagine how long this process will take? Ken Lay was accused more than 2 years ago and has still not been brought to trial.
