The Saudis and Bushies are usually in cahoots. DEfinitely the Kuwaits. Remember, the Bushies are the ones who guarantee the Sauds security, train their security forces and sell them arms. They also rescued them from Saddam. They called Prinfce Bandar "Bandar Bush". The Bush family has also been in business with the Bin laudens for a long time through Carlyle Group. Chevron is another huge link. And Halliburton.
