It sure is a long ways back to .07 to where I got in from .01.

If M&N and Twog, really got this big deal in Russia, then this stock should be over $1.50.

What's taking so dang long?

Huh?

I'll tell you why...

M&N DO NOT know how to market, promote, and get the word out about their company.

They need to hire a professional PR and IR firm or hire a consultant that knows how to do it - that can show them.

M&N need to get the news about their "Russian" deal in the news and media, not just on their little news board under the symbol Twog.

M&N need to make a new website for Twog.

M&N need to raise some more money to get the things done that they so far have not gotten done - maybe because of the lack of funding.

M&N need to tell us the dollar value worth of this "Russian" deal and how that translates to price per share.

That way, investors can see, this stock should be worth a lot more - based on their "Russian" deal - "IF" they really got such a deal.

M&N DID NOT mention any dollar value to this deal or how much equity they gave to get 20% of this "Russian" deal.

M&N DID NOT mention how much in dollars they may be selling to China - to show us how much the potential of this deal is.

M&N DID NOT tell us how much this "Russian" already was producing before Twog got involved.

There's so much that M&N DO NOT tell us - that is is TOO HARD to get ones arms around this deal.

I hope M&N one day will learn how to take news and accomplishments and some day translate into a PR that reflects the value of that news - so investors can then see how it converts to potential stock value.

M&N still need to post their bios, backgrounds and resumes. Guys in private companies have no problem with disclosing their backgrounds, why would M&N be afraid to show us their backgrounds - when they are running a public traded company?

M&N need to run this company like professionals.

Only the "naive" would accept everything "as is" without demanding more info. and better performance.

IF M&N really have what they "say" they got, then this stock should be over $1.50.

When are M&N ever going to wake up and learn how to make this into a booming company - and a stock that blasts off - instead of piddling around at a penny all year long?

M&N - wake up. Get off your butts. Start promoting your stock and company.

I am getting sick and tired of wondering and waiting for you guys to make this into a "real" company.

I want news every 2-4 weeks - not every 6 months.

IF your PRs are "real" - then let's see you make this company and stock - start going places.

Tired of waiting. Been here too long.

IF you want to get rid of me, then get this to over $1.50 and I'll be gone.

Get it up to $5.00 and I will be - really gone.

But, I ain't leaving until it gets up to $1.5 to $5 or more...

So expect more of my "in your face - demanding comments" for a long time to come.

The longer you take to get me all my money back - the longer I will be here pointing out what I don't like, telling you what to do and what to change and demanding results.

This is about making money - not making friends.

After the long wait from where I got in at .07 to them taking me down to .0049 and now back to .01 and waiting to get back up to .07 - I am not in a mood for any more of M&N's slow poke lack of performance.

I demand results, action, performance.

These new people that just got in, can say what they will - but I've been in here during the most difficult times - so my words have more weight - since I've waited the longest.

Is this a "private company" deal or a deal with a "government?"

Looks like a deal with a "government."

Well, then, why didn't M&N say so to begin with?

M&N need to be more straight-forward and upfront about what they are doing and what they got and take the guess work out of their future PRs.

We want FACTS, not FAKE.

I don't care how cheap I can buy a stock.

* I want to know why I should even buy it to begin with?

* What's good about it at any price?

* Do they own anything, got any assets, any sales, any revenue, any income, or is this just a crap shoot based on fear and greed and emotions?

* What are their assets and liabilities?

* What is the total float?

* What is the outstanding shares?

* Do they have good management or are they dumb like M&N?

* What's the competition like?

* How much cash to they have on hand?

* Have they been able to raise any money?

* Do they know how to promote their company and stock or are they idiots like M&N?

I no longer invest in deals based on "get xyz, you can buy it cheap!"

You can buy dog crap cheap too!

I got a bunch in the yard right now.

I will give it away for free!

Do you see my point?

I am now going to take a much harder, demanding look at all companies I invest in from here on out.

I am not going to get into any more of these damned M&N "let's play house, you be mom, I'll be dad, and let's try to make a baby" - type deals.

I don't want any more of these "play" deals and wait while M&N try to figure out how to run a company.

I WANT TO WORK WITH REAL PEOPLE WITH REAL DEALS.

NO More B.S.

It's time for M&N to get REAL.

I want action, performance and results.

I hope this "Russian" deal is REAL.

M&N better get me all my money back and I want to see this stock go up over $1.50 so I can sell all the rest of you all my shares - and make a bunch of money.

This isn't about making friends, it's about making money.

Have a nice day.

Good luck.

First of all, I'd like to express my thankfulness to Quanxi for creating this investment board, because it keep us not only being informed regarding TWOG's past, but also keep us entertained along the way. Occasionally, he has expressed his anger and frustration through some unnecessary name calling, but overall, he has shown us that he is willing to take the initiative in order to uncover the truth about this company and take them to court if it calls for. If their recent acquisition claim of a private oil and gas company in Komi Republic was true, then they need to provide the public with the name, address, and telephone number of the company for the verification purpose, simply because the investors have been deceived once. If Robert Needham and Mike Mancini are willing to be forthright in responding to their investor's concerns, then this unsettled smoke that is currently hanging over this potentially good investment will gradually dissipate and finally we can see its price gradually move upward.

Hey Twog Poster, Are you happy with TWOG's performance. I recall you posted months ago, saying, get in, hold, don't sell. That Sept. 15th, was the magic date, or something like that. Well, are you still in the deal, or did you sell? I'm still in. I can't sell until we get above .07, since that's where M&N suckered me into this based on their lying fraud PR about the Fowler JV that never existed. Liars. I'll stay here until these idiots get to over $1.50. I imagine that will be just before I'm 99 years old, over 44 yrs. from now. I think I'll just park this and leave it and go get a job at McDonalds and work hard a min. wage for the next 44 yrs. and hope that M&N finally get above .02 two cents in the next 10 yrs. I would love to give them a hard heavy kick in the butt. They don't know how to run the company or promote the stock. They need a PR and IR firm. But, they're too cheap - don't have any money and don't know how to raise any money. Welcome to M&N's world of fake and fraud...
