You are right, Calvin and Hobbes is a good strip. Garfield, Mother Goose and Grimm, Dilbert, and Mallard Filmore are good too. Our paper publishes Mallard Fillmore in the classified section next to Doonesbury, where it provides a good offset to Trudeau's comic.

I really can't stand Doonesbury. Half the time I can't even understand what the point is, and the other half the point is insulting.
