I'm told you have to read Doonesbury daily in order to grasp the intent of any particular strip. Since I don't do that, some of his points go right by me.

The rest of your favorites are some of mine too.

I liked "The Far Side" so much I bought the complete works. It's so heavy I wouldn't want to drop it on my foot.

I get the Wizard of Id sent to me via email every morning. It is the only comic I really follow. Author has a great understanding of the way the world works and he is adept at similes and metaphors. Also has a great wit.
