TP, The question that should be asked in these cases is did the woman have the opportunity to end the pregnancy and if so why didn't she take advantage of it? Actually, the question is where you draw the line between "abortion" and "murder." We already know it's kind of stupid to leave the "choice" to the mother after the baby is born, but why leave it to the mother after eight months in vitro? Six? Three?
