From Sam Rayburn through Lyndon Johnson through Ronnie Earle, the Texas Democrat party has produced and encouraged flamboyant crooks and scoundrels. Yet it is only in the last few years that the people have wised up and started tossing them.

Earle should be impeached from his job, but will instead have to be fought cumbersomely through the courts. Perhaps this time Texas will destroy this miscreant for good...

The theory of general relativity isn't proven, it's still a theory..at least the gravity part. It's a very good theory, but others even today are taking a quantum approach to try to explain gravity.
