Peter, All of the politicians, and their staffs, are engaged in practices that can be considered illegal, but it used to be an unspoken agreement that "I won't tell on you, if you don't tell on me". The liberals have bolted from that agreement, which both sides should have long ago, but they are now using it as a weapon against the conservatives. They should tell the conservatives that they don't want to play the game anymore, and then get busy cleaning the skeletons from their own closets.
