That is not criminal at all. You make it so. It is a crime to not do the due diligence to verify intelligence reports before using the power of the office of the President to order young men and women to die in wars.

Cindy Sheehan and her supporters have not been convicted of any crime for marching to the White House and demanding Bush meet with her to answer her questions.

So Dan, thank God you are not a judge.
