Mr. RealityBytes,
You have been given examples of cases that rebut your claims.

Is it possible for you to actually address the issues with examples of the laws instead of resorting to ridiculous rants?

Pretend you are in front of Judge Dearie and he is asking you to cite statutes and/or case law.

It shouldn't be that hard for you to pretend that you are in front of Judge Dearie. He may be reading this thread or at least having a clerk read it.

Do you think the Department of Justice has assigned people to keep track of the posts?

The Department of Justice may be wondering why Mr. Man On The Moon is too scared to recite his no-paragraph manifesto in open court. He can attend the sentencing and vouch for Mr. Elgindy.

As for trying my hand at the field, perhaps I would be a " pathetic and impotent lawyer" if I ever tried my hand in the field. Maybe I would be unable to graduate law school or pass the bar exam. JFK, Jr. certainly had difficulty getting his legal credentials. However, I have shown that I am willing to actually research the law and look for cases.

You, on the other hand, are talking out of your backside and don't appear to be willing to do any actual research that would back up your claims.

For example, point me to a law that states all of the possible defendants must be charged at once with all possible charges.

That idea is ridiculous and can be easily rebutted.

Perhaps you would also "make the most pathetic and impotent lawyer if you ever tried your hand in the field."

Were Mr. Hansen's charges brought against him in a separate indictment in a separate case?
