Yes, you have to change the structure. Get rid of whole departments. Otherwise, the monkeys are back next year asking for more money for the same old trees.

Since the biggest part of the US budget is Government entitlements, are you prepared to take a cut in your retirement and benefits?

Didn't think so.

No one else is either. Entitlements...remember....the Government giveth, but can't take awayeth, without huge fights and loss of votes...Why do you think the dems were in control for over 40 years?
