I was wrong and you are right. The phrase, while comprehensible if taken for its logical meaning, allows gramatically for a confusing possibliliy, i.e one in which I both write misleading words AND deconstruct them. Not the case.

Upon reflection, the following revision should clear it up completely for you.

...the nature of the misleading words of others which I write to deconstruct.

As Orca noted, there are scores of other countries contributing to the war effort in Iraq. More importantly, it truly isn't for me to be concerned beyond considering the objections (done) if we had no support in the war on Iraq. The conclusion here is that our action in Iraq is appropriate.
