<I know you are like many of us in the US, no Bush fans.> Oh I wouldn't say that. He's okay, sort of. I quite like the tax cuts. I'm okay with him playing alpha male games with Saddam. Clearing out the Taleban was a good thing. Hunting down Osama and co is good too. Telling Hu Jintao to keep his cotton pickin' hands offa Taiwan is no bad thing. Giving Libya the frighteners was excellent. Facing down North Korea was nice. Telling Syria to scram outa Lebanon was okay. Ignoring Yasser Arafat was fair enough. I like the idea of stem cell research but don't see why taxpayers should fund it. He took a ride on a Segway, falling off, but that's okay, he showed the way. What I don't like is the water-boarding and murder and thuggery against prisoners. Dickering over who is worthy of Geneva Convention and who isn't was pathetic and immoral. I don't like his Armageddon beliefs. Anyway, I don't want to start yet another pro-anti political stream as there are plenty of those. NZ in general is okay with the USA and Bush, though heavily opinionated for and against as well. Mqurice
