Condor, other than the intuitive off-the-cuff thought that it will probably reduce gasoline demand somewhat I don't have a clue. I assume you were joking in requesting a PM? If not, you (and others) should know that I generally am not very responsive to PMs, they don't help to accomplish what I am trying to get out of putting all this time into posting here, which is to take advantage of the "communal knowledge" of the whole group. IMO, PMs only make sense in very limited circumstances, such as if you are discussing a very thinly traded stock and have not finished either buying or selling it, for example. ridinycurve, thanks for your response.
