It's hard to tell if this is just rightwing propaganda simply trying to preserve the Presidency or an actual finger waggling blamegame from Bush to Cheney. Bush could say that he was duped (DUPED I TELL YOU!) by Cheney's machinations with the CIA into thinking there really were WMDs. I think Rumsfeld gets part of the blame there as well. Cheney-Rumsfeld simply hijacked the administration's foreign policy and lied-lied-lied to Dubya and Powell and Congress. Could happen. Stranger things have happened. I still find it hard to believe that c-student, alcoholic, deserting, execution-thumping, fake christian n'er do well mama's boy George is President.
