So you allow yourself the right to be subjective about what you consider to be absolute matters, but deny others the same right?

It is no big deal if you have an absolute standard, unless you start to impose that standard from your circumstance on others in different circumstances. The problem is not that your standard is absolute, but that you assume it is universal.
