Hopefully, the WH and Miers listen to Krauthammer. Faces saved. And we start again. And then, the WH should nominate the very strongest conservative judge they can find. We may as well have the debates in public. Right now. Enough of the Far Right and Far Left having their tantrums, and its time to just face up to the situation, and get the President's choice for the Supreme Court now. If any of the Senate obstructs on nonviable issues, it would be nice to think they would lose their jobs, as the voters back home will see, up close and personal, how obstructionist, belligerent, and really non essential, some of these Senators they elect, really are.
