The only answer is that CGHI is funding for the exploration by issuing more shares. More Unrestricted shares == cash. And the press release have NOT mentioned about how CGHI is going to fund the partnership. But the source is obvious.

If they find big reserve, yes, CGHI could fly. But if they have some dry wells, then 10 CGHI would not be enough to fill in the hole.

Personally, I do NOT like the so-called deal one bit.

BTW, did you read that new 8-k? CGHI has 300 million shares, and now already issued 176.7 million shares, plus 20 million sh. preferred stocks. I guess the rest of the uncounted shares must be for warrants and notes... And how much proved asset do they have? That platinum mine is a worthy asset, are there others?
