Near as I can figure, the fetus-worshippers see them as not yet born, and thus free of sin. (Which is interesting in a theological sense, as life now begins at conception now that we understand the process, but sin still starts at birth!) So, they're special - even "holy" and Jeezuz-like. Once they pop out though, they're a flawed human guilty of orginal sin and subject to abuse, exploitation and killing at will.

Al, I've already explained my position on abortion from a moral perspective. As for war, we could all learn to turn the other cheek a little more ... for any war. Of course, all you want to focus on are the "pre-emptive" ones, because to you, that's a "darker shade of grey" than anything else.
