I have no problem if the rule is that the judge hearing the case can never have contributed to a GOP or Dem candidate, and is not a member of a partisan advocacy group, such as the NRA or Moveon.

Wow, Thanks for posting that. Not only is Ronnie Earle a partisan, but the judge is also.
