Those who are jubilant about the past constitutional work of the current Supreme Court should evaluate using past criterion. I've seen PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH make choices that were bold daring and changed directions in America for the better.

My opinion of the current supreme court is that it is about 50% idiots. The dog and pony show political advise and consent has produced about 50% idiots.

I'll go with the genius of PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH in knowing people.

My criterion is, are they honest and do I trust those who stand by that assertion of honesty. The law is not rocket science. That law is about truth and understanding life.

The President is known for surrounding himself with the best and brightest. I've seen nothing that contradicts that.

President Bush has been known for picking the best people for his nominees. There is no evidence that this is not another such choice.

President Bush is terrible on fiscal prudence. He punts many responsibilities, like McCain Fiengold. He is an excellent judge of character. Because of this, I feel that he has earned a gimme.
