You have cited several top graduates from top schools. They are brilliantly misinterpreting our Constitution. I am more interested in my dog as chief justice if he has the common sense to stick to the facts.

ALl I tell tell you is that I have seen some sophmorish idiot stuff coming from some of the present and past Justices. And, as I said, I know many a lawyer from NON Ivy League schools that will go to court and leave you and your Ivy league lawyer nothing but your dirty underwear to walk out in. :o)
