Paret, that very attitude and lack of interest is what the drug dealers/cartels etc. want. These guys aren't "druggies", they're fricken police officers and law enforcement officials! EXPLORE THE SITE BEFORE YOU STICK YOUR FOOT IN YOUR MOUTH! No one else cares. Then I guess you don't care about eliminating the drug cartels, reducing drug usage, eliminating pushers and drug based organized crime, reducing police corruption and gov't fraud waste and abuse, overcrowding in our prisons, I could go on forever...........
