Yes your inability to understand what others know is becoming quite obvious. I have seen so many with exceptional education and scholarly achievement be zeros in real world jobs.

Personally, I question whether she could even understand what either justice was talking about.

Well I guess she could just ask them to speak up, slow down, and use plain english words. Although being herself a lawyer, and most lawyers know the law better than the judges, then this should not be a problem.
