Hey bugboy redux, wanna provide the Texas Canon of Judicial Ethics that applies solely to recipients of contributions from moveon, LOL? (I am assuming that Texas has Cannons of Judicial Ethics.)

There is likely plenty there. But even if absent, all they have to do is present plenty of doubt to the jury pool. And possibly the jury itself, if they can get it past the moveon judge.

You go do your own homework, Judge Judy breath. Maybe Delay's lawyer should leave the Judge there, then bring it up about 10 times during the trial that the pinhead is part of the MORONS group. That should pretty much guarantee a not guilty verdict.
