Buddy and Thomas, This abortion is murder, not a murder arguement is a bore, and a non issue. Abortion is a killing, but not necessarily a murder. The issues is when it is proper to take the life of a fetus. Obviously to woman has more rights than the fetus, as she should survive if the pregnancy endangers her life. But IMO the woman does not have the right to end the fetus's life just because she got herself pregnant out of wedlock and it inconviences her.
