I think a 3 handle should happen sooner than what might appear possible right at this moment...just moving above 2200 to 2300 Naz and you have basically achieved a multiyear breakout of that humongous inverse H&S basing formation similar to that of the Nikkei..... recall the Nikkei ended its own secular bear in March 2003 as opposed to the Naz which ended its ABC flat "correction" in October 2002, and both ended their declines with a spike bottom and both had major rallies in 2003, and both went sideways since early 2004....And whenever da Naz goes thru that important level of overhead resistance, now tried and tested at least three times, then my expectation is that it too will "do" a Nikkei. Go ahead and call me Pollyanna :) Mo
