Powell's revenge for making his lie in front of the UN and then excluding him from the Iraq plans? HA HA HA....a nasty Halloween surprise for Cheney and his minion Rumsfeld. :) Would McCain want to be associated with this corrupt administration? If so, why? He's already the front runner for the Republican nomination isn't he? Why botch up that chance by getting involved in an administration with a host of problems it can't address much less solve.
