Hi George, I'd say there are no guarantees as how REFCO is unwinding it's positions. When a company blows up it's partially due to things being done in an unstructured manner. it's an interesting list of the top 25 unsecured creditors of REFCO...and notice all of the British Virgin island Financial Entities.......
