Why are you are so drawn to misinformation? Ask yourself this question. -- In what way is the Hungarian vaccine "effective"?

The Taiwanese newspaper you cite claims the vaccine is effective because it was tested on 100 volunteers including the Health Minister of Hungary.
I suppose it was successful in that no one died of the vaccine.
Did they inject the vaccinated people with H5N1 Bird Flu and no one got sick? Only the Nazis would have done that.
Did the White Blood Cells from the vaccinated people "react" to H5N1 in the lab? That's not hard to accomplish - that alone us unlikely to indicate you would be protected from infection. Your White Blood Cells will react to H5N1 even without a vaccination.

Europe, Australia, and the United States also have a number of candidate vaccines which don't kill people and they have shared samples of their vaccines with each other. The vaccinated people develop antibodies and certain White Blood Cell responses, but no one knows if these changes are protective against H5N1 bird flu.

In some years the regular flu vaccine has been highly protective and in other years it has basically failed to provide protection. Vaccinating everyone against a deadly plague which provides no protection against infection may give you a sense of accomplishment but millions, or hundreds of millions, would still die of the plague. We need to do better than that.

Even more complex, is the problem that the virus continues to mutate. So the perfect vaccine against today's virus will likely not be the perfect vaccine against the virus in its new evolved form six months from now.

If we suddenly knew we had the perfect vaccine, this still leaves the problem that George W. Bush failed to address two years ago. We do not have enough production capacity to produce enough vaccine for everyone in the United States within a reasonable period of time, let alone people in nations without vaccine manufacturing capacity.

The world is far more complex than you suspect. They say ignorance is bliss, but it does not provide protection against plague.
