Hello again, Brian. Chinese who live outside of China are free to expose whatever they see or know about the misdoings of China's government and party. How do Chinese surviving inside of China pressure their government in any way? I don't see how it can be done. I think if Gorbachev had spoken out frankly early on, he never would have achieved whatever he did achieve ---- his heritage is still uncertain. If I were Chinese and had no history of being accused of anything I would start a business, employ people, import technology, add China developed technology to it. It sounds very indirect but maybe the Chinese business man is the hero(heroine) of the 21st century. Quite possibly in the 22nd century China will be the center of the world. Chinese will be the lingua franca of scientists and engineers. Chinese will be the most cultured and the richest people in the world. How to get there? Do business. Work hard. Study hard. Do more business. Seeker
