Cheney's options in HAL have risen to some $8 million while he has been in office. Cheney's status as a multimillionaire is due to Halliburton. Halliburton's rise in fortunes are due to Cheney. I don't know why the rightwing supports such massive corruption or such an obvious conflict of interest as costplus, noncompete contracts which are against the very idea of capitalism and competition. Who knew that Republicans were so against market competition? Republicans have turned into welfare queens sucking at the government teat.
