That's very interesting and consistent with what I and others here have thought might happen. I thought she would withdraw on her own perhaps after a day or two of the hearings but now it looks like it could happen sooner than that.

WHat a moronic thing to say. What does any of that have to do with one's ability to apply Constitutional law to various issues. THere are 6 million mullets in this country who have done all of that and you wouldn't want them on the Supreme Court.
