In my neighborhood we get pumpkins every Halloween and little flags on our lawns every Fourth of July from a young, attractive local real estate broker (realtor as they prefer to be called). She doesn't deliver them herself, but I'm sure hiring those who do it for her is a big write-off for "business".

Free pumpkins 1/3 paid for by Uncle Sam.
