Some people like a little breeze through the house. Some people get used to the heat and AC tends to chill them.

as for screens, I hate them, and had all mine removed. They make the windows look dirty.

Mine too! I took them off just after we moved in. When there's a good stiff cool breeze blowing, we open the house up.

It only happens a couple of times a year but it's nice when it happens.<g>
