Because imho its a bear market. A 70s market, where money flows are lower and lower, only the really outstanding companies can rally- the overriding trend is down.

Here we go again. You were saying the same thing in March, then said its on its way up in June, and now you're back to your old song and dance. When did this "bear market" start, September 2005? Or are you saying your exuberrance around June/July was a headfake?
