By 2008 the Iraq War will largely be over. Even conservatives admits that if we can't claim victory by next year forget it, mainly because we will completely run out of troops to send over there.

It's a waste of time trying to guess who will run for prez in 2008. The winner could be someone we've hardly ever heard of. Remember Clinton coming out of nowhere?

I did. And I have hardly been to Washington nor am I a C-SPAN junkie. Anybody with a little common sense and who has seen even a little bit of the outside world would have known that Dumbya wanted to invade Iraq come what may and the media in the US were beating the drums to make it happen. And I don't think it is too much to expect a US Senator to have that level of common sense and worldly understanding.

I did also, but I live in Canada and I wasn't bombarded daily with the bullshit from the press.
I think that most posters on Sioux's thread saw through the lies because most of us have something that is largely lost in society today.
