Charles, I am a registered independent so I go both ways politically, so to speak:). Bush's first answer to our energy crisis is to build more refineries or capacity. On the other hand, he may just be saying that because I know the government is pumping money into R&D startups for such things as fuel cells and the like. He may even be right. In the short run we probably do need more capacity but invest in technologies that are out 10-20 years. Alydar
