That’s why I support the Miers nomination - she’s a lightweight who isn't going to do the right cause much good.

What the right needs on the Supreme Court is someone who can misinterpret the Constitution in a very eloquent way. It will look way better.

Bush looks really weak now.

I would rather have an average jurist that makes decisions that comport with the Constitution than en outstanding one who legislates from the bench. I do not view Clinton's appointment as excellent or outstanding. They are just intelligent hack jurists with a set of agendas.
