If I learned about Ben the next Fed chair, and I had any bonds,
I'd sell those, and then some. Ben will ensure more inflation,
but the bond and currency markets likely won't like it,
but gold will, although,
with all that leverage sloshing around it's tough to tell.
If yields were to rise on 30-year bonds, the game would be over.

A John Roberts type choice (as opposed to Miers). Bernanke is unquestionably qualified and was probably the best choice that we could expect from Bush.
