For $92B, you could buy either Amgen or Genentech, but DNA will have to triple its earnings to have valuation metrics equal with AMGN. It's just not likely that a $92 B company can grow that fast. It's already worth six times as much as General Motors -:) In fact, you could buy Ford, GM, and Daimler-Chrysler for the market cap of DNA, and still have $10B left; perhaps to pick up an airline or two.
