JC,

With all due respect, you've been saying this for a few months now, while all we've seen is lack of PRs, lack of tangible progress, and dilution of shares in huge magnitudes. At some point, I truly hope you are right, and at least one of these projects comes to fruition, but if not, with the amount of shares you must hold at this point, do you realize that you won't be able to get out (with the volume it's doing recently)? Do you have an exit strategy just in case?

Thanks and good luck.

Jed, I know you said not to ask you this, but is there any chance you can be a little more specific on why you feel like EFCR's about to advance significantly? I know you said it's just a hunch, but surely there must be a solid reason you feel as you do.

You've been saying you expect something to happen "soon" for a long time now, and I just wondered what your definition of "soon" is and what you're basing it on.

Getting a little bent out of shape here. The company said they would update their progress in Russia and Romania later "next week," and that was on 09-30-05. The fact that they haven't updated is discouraging, as it suggests that they don't have any good news, they don't want to update, they are refusing to update, or all of the above. In addition, the company has lost credibility in not doing what they said they were going to do. If they had been a few days late from their "later next week" statement, that would be forgivable, but many "weeks" later, and still nothing, is....not good.

With all that said, I bought some more today, and I've got 3 orders in for more. Here's hoping they follow through on John Taylor's statement of expecting an "encouraging, exciting fourth quarter and a dynamite year 2006." But thus far, all it's been is talk and they aren't following through on anything they've said that I can see.

All those irons in the fire, but still nothing....anywhere? All the while, the price plummets? Hmmm.....

Tell me again why we're in this? ;-)

There are occasions when a collection of gray hairs are worth a lot more than some T-A whizbangs chart crap, especially when it comes to the pennies. A lot of it has to do with reading the HQ people's voices and mannerisms on the phone....

Hope you clean up on it, JC; ..I'm expecting the same kind of "..Holy Schmiddtt.." situation from the crew at SPRL fairly soon.

"....Patience, Grasshoppah...................

John :-)
