dear kenny, Suspension of Davis-Bacon mean small contractors can compete and not have to hire ambulance chasing lawyers to make certain the reams of paper are in place. That paper only costs money and time. Small business men, I assume they are honest and will treat others fairly. Lawyers are into cheating honest folks with fear, uncertainty and doubt. Your posts over and over have brought me to this certainty.

I am not sorry your brother's in spirit are being screwed by the honest folks working to make lives better.

PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH works for all honest Americans.

The Davis Bacon act was never repealed and is in full force.

I love the part about feeling sorry for low pay for criminals...er I mean ILLEGAL immigrants. They aren't immigrants, they're criminals! Next you're going to cry about the low wages of a dollar an hour people in prison get for working in the laundry and kitchen!

Obviously, you are misinformed. Illegal immigrants are getting paid $8 to $10 an hour and have meals and board provided. Fast food workers(McDonald's etc.) are getting between $10 and $13 an hour. Nobody is getting less than minimum wage. I live in that area and was back there last week, so know you are full of dudu. Employers are having a very hard time getting employees, it is a workers' market.
