Actually, Hutchinson's comments are a clear indicator that indictments are coming. If they even suspected that Fitzgerald would close the case with no indictments, they would have kept their mouths shut. If they are saying perjury and obstruction of justice are OK, then it shows they know what's coming. And Hutchinson wouldn't make such comments if the indictments were for some pathetic pieces of putrid turd like Novak. I think at least Rove and Libby. Maybe a few others like Hadley and Fleischer. In addition to Judith Miller and Novak (who, I hope, will rot in prison for the rest of his shameless life).
