Thanks for your reply. I agree we are in for some rocky times ahead.

I think many believe the RE market will fall a lot more than what some offer, however they may be in for a big surprise.

Many on SI are awaiting a major collapse in the US and possibly the world. I tend to disagree. The US will not go quietly, easily or quickly.

A blip here and there, sure. However the track record for people correctly predicting a doomsday situation anywhere in the world is laughable.

Doomsdayers are second only to PM bulls in their predictive accuracy over the past 30+ years.
