I have some phone numbers of people in my area - Northern VA - to ask about the soybean blend.

I can't really decipher the 2005 energy bill but I think there are tax incentives for the companies themselves to sell this stuff.

This may be the reason they're waiting until January 06, because that's when the nex tax incentives kick in.

There are nicer incentives for hybrid cars that kick in January 06 as well, and Energy Star appliances.
