It appears that the predicted 48 hours have passed. The funding for Nadagate expires very soon. It is interesting that the author of the law that liberal partisans accuse Karl Rove of violating has gone on record as saying he could not have violated it. Patrick Fitzgerald has a reputation for inventing creative ways of stretching laws to prosecute. We will see if he can create a violation out of whole cloth.
