Terry this is fascinating I almost think you should start your own biotech thread -g.

But isn't it a bit dangerous to use TLR agonists? It is also very interesting as pathogens affect TLRs...different pathogens, different TLRs...then again I always worry about mimicking what nature does or broadly affecting a pathway...don't you?
